Product Description
Block shape cast alnico magnet for magnetic chuck
This magnet is a square magnet with a cenrter hole, the material is cast aluminium nickel cobalt. The specific size is 69mm in length andwidth, 25mm in thickness. The grade is LNG52, so the density is 7.3 g/cm3 and is anisotropy. The working temperature is less than 550"C,the direction of magnetizing is thickness.
Alnico manufacturing can also choose sintered process. The casting alnico can be processed into different sizes and shapes,comparedwith the casting process, the sintered alnico magnet is limited to a small size, and the size tolerance of the blank product produced is small.
This square magnet with a hole in the middle can be inserted into other parts. This magnet can be used in places that are
resistant to hightemperatures and do not require too much coercive force, such as some motors, medical equipment, hand tools,automotive parts, instruments, motors, teaching tools, communications, sensors and other fields.
